A new beginning?

The desire to re-write imood.com and make it "all it can be" has once again started to swell up deep down inside me.

With the advent of imood's tenth anniversary coming up next year I simply cannot think of a better time to do this, nor can I think of any good excuses not to. My beloved World of Warcraft character may just have to go on ice...

Stick around and see what unfolds...

Glad to see that you plan on rewriting imood.com! :)

In response to your question, yes, I do use other social networking sites [I'm still staying away from twitter...Facebook's status update feed is very flexible!] but I've kept on using imood for its simplicity. I still use it on my forum signatures and I've used it on some versions of my old website, just because... well, it just... works.

Best wishes!

Thanks for the comments, I truly appreciate them.

I've gathered tons of ideas over the years, and assuming I can order a box and pick a technology soon I can start hacking.

Hi Andrew, first of all, congratulations, for I Mood is great and I am a fan. I use it on my blogs and I'll be glad to link them to your blog. I Mood rules and I use it for it is cool and srtaight.
Keep on rockin'

I love Imood though the site could use updating. Otherwise it's great in it's simplicity. Keep it up!

I have started using Imood again after not using it for a while. I missed not having so many options to choose from for moods. I use Myspace and the one they have doesn't have half as many as Imood has. I use Imood along with Myspace. I was able to put an indicator into Myspace with no problem which is great because I love Imood.

Whoa, this is awfully belated, but I wanted to say how wonderful iMood.com is! I have been using it on and off since 2002 and, as pamQ said above, its simplicity and accessibility are what keep bringing us back.

Keep it up! :)
